Water is essential for maintaining bodily functions. Not drinking enough water before fasting can put the body at risk of dehydration and can lead to dizziness, headaches, lethargy and fatigue.
Therefore, it is important to drink eight glasses of water daily as dehydration can lead to many health problems. Dehydration can cause headaches, stomach upset and constipation.
Avoid caffeinated beverages
Tea and coffee drinks contain caffeine, a substance that makes you urinate more. This affects the body and reduces salt and water from the body.
Excessive amounts of caffeine can increase the feeling of thirst, so it is better to eat fruits and dates with a glass of clean water.
